Team Registration and Information

Teams competing must be a registered USA Powerlifting club.

  • Team registration opens in December

  • Teams can register their clubs here with USA Powerlifting.

  • Teams will be a combined varsity girls and boys. Lifters must be varsity lifters to participate on the team roster.

  • Once lifters are listed on team roster they can not change weight classes.

  • Teams are allowed 12 lifters spread throughout the weight classes with no more than two in a weight class. Example: Two 90kg boy lifters.

  • Each team is allowed two alternate lifters that can be substituted any time before the start of the first session weigh-ins on Sunday.

  • Top 5 lifters on each team contribute DOTS points toward team scoring points

  • The DOTS Score is simply a ratio between a lifter's body weight and the weight they're lifting. Higher numbers are better. Also referred to as a “coefficient,” the dots score allows us to compare a lifters' strength relative to their body weight. DOTS Calculator

  • In the event of a tie, the team with the most 1st places wins. If it still results in a tie it goes to the most 2nd places and so on.

  • Team entry $150

  • Each register team will get a placings banner
